Quintessential Ingredients

We pride ourselves on using the finest ingredients available and sourcing responsibly at all times. Our eggs are always free range and our dairy is Assured Food Standards stamped. Our flours are organic or single estate and from British mills. Our sugars, nuts and cocoa are fair trade or from co-operative farming sources and our chocolate is single estate and blended with fine Belgian chocolate. Our spices, where possible, are from India and from as close to source as possible
About Rekha

I grew up surrounded with flavours from India as well as the English homeland, and developed a love for sweets & desserts from a very early age. I wanted to share these experiences by merging the best of both to create an elegant range of cakes, biscuits and pastries - Rekha
